1. Payment has to be done within 24 hours after order confimation.

2. Prior to any changes (eg: the item is out of stock), a full refund would be given.

3. The quality of the items cannot be guaranteed. Please note that color varies slightly due to lighting in the picture.

4. STOCKS ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE. PLEASE BE SURE OF YOUR SIZE AND FITTING GIVEN.

5. Prices are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Do checkout our season promotion price stated. 

6. The management/Agent/Referral reserved the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

By placing an order at Agent/Referral you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by SophieHub as responsible for the personal information.
Events outside Agent/Referral control shall be considered force majeure.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
